Online Anxiety Therapy
Anxiety can be debilitating. Constantly feeling on edge, not being able to switch off from your thoughts, feeling overwhelmed and exhausted. Worrying and overthinking are particularly common problems with successful business professionals. If you’ve well defined the skill of analysing and thinking ahead, it can be hard to know how to switch that off. I’m experienced at helping Anxious Professionals find a new ways forwards.

Video Therapy
Video calls aren’t just for work meetings – they’re a great choice for therapy. In the therapy world, it puts experts at your fingertips whether you’re at your office, your home, or travelling. I have been delivering Zoom Therapy sessions since 2016, and increasingly I’m working with clients based in London, Europe and beyond.
Telephone Therapy
Not a fan of video calls? No worries. Some of my clients that choose to access telephone therapy. For some, this allows them to be fully relaxed in their environment and enables them to feel more able to talk about difficult topics with their therapist. For others, they choose to do walk and talk therapy - they head out on a walk for the duration of their therapy session.

Therapy Frequently Asked Questions – FAQS
Who do you work with in therapy?
I work with adults, and only individually. This means I don’t work with under 18s, and I don’t work with couples. I specialise in providing Business Therapy and have done since 2019 within my full-time private practice clinic. As an experienced CBT Therapist, I also provide CBT for Stress, CBT for GAD, CBT for Self Esteem and CBT for OCD.
How long are your therapy sessions?
Your Online CBT appointments will be booked as 1 hour duration

My private CBT costs can be found here
What are your therapy session appointment times?
I work Monday-Friday 10:00am – 6:00pm with therapy appointments between 10.30am and 5.30pm. You can book online here, appointments are available on a first come first served basis.
Are there any Geographical restrictions?
I offer Remote Therapy to clients across the UK. I also deliver Online Therapy to clients across Europe and Worldwide. The only exceptions are USA, Canada and UAE.
What is your cancellation policy?
CBT Therapy Appointments are paid for online at the point of booking. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are chargeable. Full details are provided in my Therapy Agreement, please contact me if you would like to read a copy before booking your Therapy Session.
