If you’re on the search to find a therapist, you’ll want to know a bit about me.

I’m Hannah, and I’m not your average therapist. I do things a little differently and I’m proud of that.

I’m willing to tell you the problem as I see it if you’re not figuring things out for yourself. I’ll tell you what you need to hear to make progress (not always what you want to hear). I’ll help you to find answers to discover solutions.

Because my mission is to help you to achieve your goals as quickly as possible.

Why Choose Me?

My clients choose me because I offer a combination of straight-talking and compassion. 

I’m experienced at helping people just like them – busy professionals wanting to overcome anxiety.

I’m a born empath, a logical thinker and a natural problem solver – skills that fit well with those that choose me.

I genuinely care about the clients I work with. I will very much be on your counselling journey with you. I’ll be your coach every step of the way, just as eager as you are to see progress and change.

I will make sure that we get directly to the root of the problem, and ensure that by the time we finish sessions, you feel confident in having found a new way forwards.

Cheshire Cognitive Behavioural Therapist

I’ve been practicing CBT therapy for over 10 years.

What I love about it is it encompasses lots of common sense and explanations for our emotions that we can all understand and connect to.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy contains a vast range of strategies that examine and challenge our unhelpful thoughts (cognitions) and actions (behaviours).

Sessions mainly focus on the here & now, but it’s important to look to the past to make sense of our triggers to enable a better response to them in the future.

At Hannah Paskin Therapy, I will create a tailored treatment plan just for you, selecting the most effective strategies for you and your symptoms.
