Business Coaching

I have been successfully running my business for nearly 10 years, and 7 of those have been full time. When I first started, like most I was just trying to escape the burnout of IAPT 1 day a week and earn a bit of extra spending money. However along the way I’ve really realised the importance of Business skills.

Running a Private practice is about so much more than therapy, it’s about writing policies, making decisions on how to do things in your business, negotiating and setting fees, developing effective admin systems, learning how to brand yourself, understanding marketing avenues, figuring out how to sell yourself so you achieve conversions, understanding the world of websites and social media, managing your business finances and so much more.

Along the way you will likely have to battle imposter syndrome thoughts, self-doubt, and comparing yourself to others. It’s not just the business skills, it’s the confidence to put those skills into place.

Anyone can set up a business, but only a small percentage of Therapists succeed in creating a highly profitable business that runs smoothly.

I offer Coaching sessions that can be booked as stand alone, or this work can be combined together within a Clinical Supervision session.

I offer:

I offer what a number of therapists that do business coaching don’t – honestly. I am willing to share the mistakes I’ve made, what I’ve learnt, be honest with the journey of my business along the way and the current challenges I’m working through.
